8 slices white bread, crusts removed
2 cups (8 oz) shredded Neighborly Farms Monterey Jack
2 cups (8 oz) shredded Neighborly Farms Sharp Cheddar
6 eggs
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup ripe olives drained and sliced OR
1 cup sliced & pieces mushrooms, drained OR
1 lb. bacon fried crisp and crumbled
3 cups milk

Butter 8” X 13” baking dish. Alternated layers of bread, cheeses, or olives, or mushrooms or bacon. Beat eggs and combine with mustard and milk. Pour over bread cheese layers. Refrigerate at least one hour – even better overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and serve.
