2 lbs frozen hash browns, thawed 30 minutes
1 cup diced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. carton sour cream
1 stick butter
2 cups (8 oz) grated Neighborly Farms Sharp Cheddar
Salt and pepper to taste

    Mix all together well. Put into 13” X 9” baking dish, add 1 cup corn flakes on top. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
